We clean paver pool decks and surrounding hardscape areas to remove dirt, algae, mildew, and buildup for a cleaner outdoor space.

Why Resanding Matters After Washing
Cleaning pavers can remove old or deteriorated joint sand along with dirt, weeds, and buildup. When appropriate, we refill the joints with polymeric sand to help maintain the appearance and stability of the paver system.
Resanding can also help discourage weed growth and reduce joint erosion, but no sanding process can completely prevent weeds or future movement.
The Practical Value of Sealing
Sealing is an optional final step that enriches paver color tones while adding a transparent barrier against environmental weathering and daily spills.
Enhanced Appearance
Easier Routine Cleanup
Added Surface Protection
Sealing can help deepen the natural color of pavers and give the surface a cleaner, more finished look depending on the sealer and finish selected.
A sealed surface can make routine cleaning easier by reducing how quickly dirt and certain spills penetrate the paver surface.
Paver sealer can help reduce water absorption and protect against everyday weather exposure and surface wear.

Optional Sealer Application
We inspect the pavers, joints, drainage, and surrounding areas before cleaning and apply a surface-appropriate pre-treatment when needed.
We use professional pressure washing equipment and surface cleaners to remove dirt, algae, mildew, weeds, and buildup from the paver surface.
Once the pavers are properly cleaned and dry, we refill the joints with polymeric sand when included in the service.
If sealing is selected, we apply the appropriate paver sealer according to the surface condition and product requirements.
